Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-07

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Kingdom Tech LLC, a Vermont limited liability company ("Raidwell", "we", "us"), governing your use of Raidwell — the website, community sites, Raidwell Voice, the desktop app, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Raidwell. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
  • Provide a valid email; we may require you to verify it.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Communities

Raidwell lets you create and join communities. If you create a community, you are its owner and are responsible for how it is run, including the conduct of the members and admins you allow in and the content shared there. Community owners and admins can add, remove, and moderate members, channels, and content within their community.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, bully, or harm others, or incite others to do so.
  • Post or transmit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that violates others' rights.
  • Infringe intellectual property or share content, mods, or files you don't have the right to distribute.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or others' accounts.
  • Record, capture, or redistribute another person's voice, video, or screen share without their consent.
  • Disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts or communities that violate these Terms.

4a. Child safety — zero tolerance

Raidwell has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualization of minors, including grooming, solicitation, or attempts to obtain or share such content. Accounts involved are terminated immediately, the content is preserved as required by law, and we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under U.S. law (18 U.S.C. §2258A). We cooperate with law enforcement.

4b. Reporting abuse

You can report a user or community from the right-click menu or profile card inside Raidwell Voice, or by emailing [email protected]. Suspected child exploitation can also be reported directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678. We review reports and take action — including content removal, account termination, and community suspension — and reserve the right to do so at our discretion to keep people safe.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create and share on Raidwell. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, delivering your messages and voice to others in your community). You are responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights to share it.

6. Mods, packs, and shared files

Where the Service lets you share addons, mods, texture packs, or other files, you must only share content you are permitted to distribute, and you must comply with the terms of the underlying games and platforms. We respond to valid intellectual-property complaints and will remove infringing material; send notices to [email protected].

7. Third-party services

Linking a game account (such as Battle.net) or using game features is also subject to those third parties' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or others. Some provisions survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kingdom Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kingdom Tech LLC from claims and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Vermont for any dispute not subject to other agreed resolution.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
