Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-09-07
Raidwell is a service of Kingdom Tech LLC ("Raidwell", "we", "us"). This policy explains what
personal information we collect when you use Raidwell (the website, community sites at
your-community.raidwell.com, Raidwell Voice, and the desktop app), why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account: your email address, a display name, and a password (stored only as a secure one-way hash — we never store your actual password).
- Communities & content: communities you create or join, channels, and messages you post in text channels.
- Linked game accounts: if you choose to link Battle.net, we store the identifier and BattleTag that Battle.net returns so we can show your game data. We never receive your Battle.net password.
Information created when you use Raidwell
- Voice & video: when you join a voice channel, your audio (and video/screen share, if you enable it) is transmitted in real time through our self-hosted voice server to other people in that channel. We do not record or store voice, video, or screen share.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic request logs, kept short-term for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Cookies: a single essential first-party cookie that keeps you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
2. How we use your information
- To create and operate your account and your communities.
- To provide voice, video, text chat, and game features you use.
- To confirm your email address and send essential service messages (e.g. verification).
- To keep Raidwell secure — preventing abuse, spam, and fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. When information is shared
We share information only as needed to run the service:
- Other users: your display name, presence, messages, and voice/video are visible to people in the same community or channel. Community admins can manage their members and channels.
- Service providers: Cloudflare (network security and delivery); Resend (sending verification and service emails); Blizzard/Battle.net and Raider.IO (only when you link Battle.net or use World of Warcraft features, to fetch your game data).
- Legal: if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Raidwell, our users, or others.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active. Messages and community data remain until you or a
community admin delete them, or the community is deleted. Short-term technical logs are rotated regularly. When you
delete your account, we remove your personal account data as described below.
5. Your choices and rights
- Access & correction: you can view and update your display name and linked accounts from your dashboard.
- Deletion: you can permanently delete your account and its personal data at any time from your dashboard ("Delete account"). You can also email us to request deletion.
- Data copy: email us to request a copy of the personal data associated with your account.
- Unlink: you can unlink Battle.net at any time from your dashboard.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA. To exercise
any right, contact [email protected].
6. Security
Connections are encrypted with TLS, passwords are stored as salted hashes, and access to systems is limited. No
online service can be perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond quickly to issues.
7. Children
Raidwell is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 to
create an account. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us
and we will delete it.
8. International users
Raidwell is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand your information is
processed in the United States.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the
product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
